1. Where We Deliver
We deliver pan-India to all major cities and towns across all 28 states and 8 Union Territories. We use trusted courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, and India Post for remote areas.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next business day. Orders on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order in real-time on our website under "My Orders".
4. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails 3 times, the package will be held at the nearest hub for 7 days before being returned to us. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
5. Damaged/Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or full refund.
6. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
